Soulful Concepts’ partners with organisations who seek employee focused experiences as a part of their key performance indicators to meet reconciliation action plan requirements and staff retention and engagement programs.

 

Our impactful cultural immersion experiences enable corporations to put their reconciliation plan into action, meet goals, and objectives, and incorporate employee incentive schemes  focusing on reward and retention.   • I have had a wonderful experience working with the Soulful Concepts team. From the creation of the itinerary and welcome pack to the ongoing fundraising support for our trekkers, they have been fantastic. The team are knowledgeable and very responsive and will support wherever they can to make sure your trip is a wonderful experience for the participants and also your organisation. Unfortunately we were just weeks away from our Nepal trip when our boarders were closed due to Covid-19.
